It is with great pleasure that I invite you to the Gilead Sciences satellite symposium ‘Reaching New Heights: Strengthening Commitment to Patients with Viral Hepatitis’.
Despite significant progress in the treatment of viral hepatitis in the Asia-Pacific region in recent years, many unmet needs remain.1 In this symposium, our expert faculty will discuss considerations regarding early HBV treatment initiation, as well as HCV elimination progress with future directions. Lastly, we will explore recent advances in the treatment landscapes of viral hepatitis, how collaborative efforts are required to overcome remaining challenges in the Asia-Pacific region, and how we can strive to further improve the lives of patients.
